职位描述：
Position: IE Manager
Report to: GM

Responsibilities:
1. IE department management
2. Provide technical process support to the manufacturing
3. Design and develop the process and automatic systems, to improve the process and support production.
4. Lead investigations into technical issues to ensure root cause identification, implementation of corrective actions and verification of their effectiveness.
5. Manage technically complex projects, from initial conception to completion, including the creation of technical specifications for new product and processes.
6. Review all manufacturing processes and FMEAs

Required:
1. Bachelor Degree in engineering or related
2. Familiar with Project management, PFMEA, APQP, PAPP, Six Sigma
3. Well understand of tool, machine, clamping fixture, CNC programing, CAD and machining processes
4. Good experience on the management of complex projects, e.g. in the introduction of new products, processes or equipment.
5. Experience with a Siemens PLC controlled environment is must
6. At least 5+ years’ experience in a high volume automotive plant.
