职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Contracts:
？ -Liaise with corporate office for contract review and approvals, in accordance with revised corporate approval policy;
？ -Directly join in contract negotiations with principals; review contracts, propose changes, directly communicate with principals, follow-up to ensure timely signing;
？ -Review contracts coming up for renewal, identify gaps from the corporate policies, and negotiate to close the gaps or document rationale for accepting deviations;
？ -Prepare LDD contract approval policy; ensure smooth implementation, including performing routine reviews / audits as appropriate;
？ -Prepare standard CTM contract for use in LS business unit;
？ -Review customer contracts.

Internal Audit
？ -Insure compliance with internal policies with regards to contracts and legal affairs;
？ -Support other internal audit efforts as may be required.

Regulatory Affairs
？ -Support company efforts on an ad-hoc basis as may be required.

Requirements:
- Four to six years of working experience in foreign law firm or as internal counsel for foreign invested enterprise;
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Fluent oral & written English and Mandarin(Must be able to read, review, and draft contracts in both English & Chinese). 举报 分享
