职位描述：

工作职责：

1．根据公司营运指标制定无机产品等采购计划并操作实施；

2．根据经营状况适时调整安全库存，并根据安全库存和销售节奏合理安排采购计划；

3．寻找优秀供应商，开拓多方面渠道，采购到合适的产品；

4．采集所负责区域、产品多方面信息，整理后汇总至经理处，并建议适当的销售价格和销售节奏；

5．对所负责的产品平衡主力供应商与备选供应商的采购节奏，并确保公司库存安全；

6．配合部门经理和财务部门安排资金，并跟进对帐工作；

7．根据历史销售情况和销售现状，对公司经营之产品做好采购计划并执行；

8．根据公司发展战略，不断开发优质供应商；

9．对所负责之区域及产品定期作出总结工作；

10．建立并更新供应商基础资料，应包含产能、主要产品、工艺、主要客户、付款方式、相关联系方式及产品指标、MSDS，并在出差或接待后做好会谈报告，将供应商最新情况通报三地公司；

11．督促业务员争取核销订单，并做好分单工作；

12．配合部门经理做好部门管理工作。

职位要求：

1.大学以上学历（化学、化工专业）；

2.五年以上无机采购经验，熟悉无机化工产品市场；

3.英语具有一定的听说读写能力；

4.较强的团队协作精神和沟通能力；

5.掌握采购与供应、合同法的相关知识；

6.较强的语言、文字表达能力，独立撰写市场研究报告和产品专题报告。
