职位描述：
岗位职责
1、LED产品技术支持岗位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划；
2、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
3、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
4、负责工程前期的开工方案设计、工程中期的监控指导、工程完工的竣工验收；
5、建立和管理技术工程人员队伍，完成工程目标；
6、分析和开发市场并搞好售后的服务支持；
7、回访客户，建立良好的客户关系。


任职资格
1、大专以上学历，电子工程相关专业；
2、两年及以上LED照明工程行业管理经验；
3、能独立带领团队完成工程任务；
4、有医院、学校、楼宇等大型机构照明改造经验者优先；
5、具备一定的管理领导能力和沟通协调能力。 举报 分享
