职位描述：
1、受理宾客对酒店内各部门的一切投诉，维护酒店利益；
Accept guest's complaints about all departments in the hotel, and maintain the interests of the hotel;
2、维护大堂的秩序和客人的安全，经常保持大堂肃静、优雅和文明。
The maintenance order and the safety of guests, keep quiet, elegant and civilized lobby.
3、督导、检查在大堂工作人员的工作情况及遵守纪律情况
Supervise and inspect the work of the staff in the lobby and observe the discipline.
4、检查大堂区域及前厅各项设施设备的完好情况，维护酒店的高雅格调，
Check the lobby area and front office facilities and equipments, maintenance of the hotel's elegant style
5、巡查酒店内外部以保证各项功能运行正常，及时排除可防范的弊端。
Inspection of the hotel and outside to ensure the normal operation of the function, in a timely manner to eliminate the drawbacks of prevention.
6、负责协调处理宾客的疾病和其他突发事件
 Responsible for the coordination of the guest's disease and other emergencies;
7、建立并保持同广大宾客的良好关系
Establish and maintain good relationship with all guests
8、接待好V．I．P．和商务楼层客人；
 Receive V.I.P. and commercial floor guests.
9、回答宾客的一切询问，并向宾客提供一切必要的协助和服务；
Answer all inquiries from guests and provide all necessary assistance and services to the guests;
10、向客人介绍并推销酒店的各项服务。
 Introduce and promote the hotel's services to the guests.
补充说明

1、大专以上学历，具备流利的英语会话能力
College degree or above, fluent in English conversation
2、***，身高1.72米以上；***，1.62米以上品貌端正，形象气质佳；
 Male, female, more than 1.72 meters tall; 1.62 meters straight appearance, good image quality;
3、2年以上同等职位的工作经验。掌握酒店各营业部门的营业情况；

4、具有极强的协调能力和敏锐的观察能力，熟悉酒店的各项规章制度；
 With strong coordination ability and keen observation ability, familiar with the hotel's rules and regulations;

重庆佳宇英皇酒店位于重庆市九龙坡区直港大道206号。酒店于2002年开工建设，总建筑面积39,500平方米。楼层23层，建筑高度97米。
JIAYU Emperor Hotel is located in No. 206, Zhigang Avenue, Jiulongpo district, Chongqing。Established since 2002。The hotel included 39,500 square meters of overall floorage, within 23 floors and 97 meter’s height.

酒店集餐饮、会议、客房、KTV、桑拿、办公为一体的综合商务酒店。其中餐饮有中餐厅，同时可以容纳1200人用餐。西餐厅同时可以容纳230人用餐。会议室、分大中小4个、同时可容纳，500人开会。风格独特客房203间。异国情调KTV 26间。浪漫温馨的桑拿保健26间。酒店于2005年12月28曰正式对外营业。
As a comprehensive hotel, catering, conference, hotel, KTV, sauna and officing service are all contained in. For catering, our Chinese restaurant can accept 1200 clients at a time, meanwhile, western buffet restaurant can accept 230 clients.
