职位描述：
·         Conduct observant factory visits (audit or product control) according to the plan, coming from the Head of Production Technicians with appropriate attention to details
·         Use methodical approach for each factory audit or order control, by covering all points as stated in below job description
·         Assess availability of valid BSCI certificate (at least six months validity from production start onwards)
·         Assess availability of valid Oeko-Tex certificate for the respective product(s) in question
·         Assess capability of factory to manage the required delivery date of the order(s) in question -capacity check
·         Assess capability of factory from a technical perspective to manage the order(s) - quality level
·         Assess fabric and accessories storage, fabric inspection, cutting areas, sewing lines, pressing areas, finishing areas and storage of ready made garments
·         Observe and monitor accurate production operation and equipment during inline inspection
·         Ensure appropriate calibration of equipment
·         Communicate required adjustments to production supervisor and Head of Production Technician
·         Assess safety, dignity and health work environment of factory for workers
·         Approve or reject/return incoming materials
·         Inspect and test materials and assembled parts and products for defects
·         Make sure that all necessary documents are at your hand to check quality and conformity
(availability of PO incl. assortment/order sheet, MC, artworks, QS sheet, original sample, HO catalogue re workmanship) and make sure they comply with requirements
·         Conduct at least two inline inspections before 20% PSI
·         Conduct final inspection prior to delivery to inspection center
·         Ensure correct number of pieces to be extracted for QC purposes
·         Approve or reject finished products (workmanship, measurements, household washing, product safety) or take corrective action to overcome quality problems.
·         Return products for rework and confirm rework
·         Preparing final random checks before garments going to FRI of packed merchandise with the same quality measurement requirements than LIDL has.
·         Remove all products and materials that fail to meet requirements
·         Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
·         Report corrective actions to the Head of Production Technician
·         Document inspection results on per-defined form in writing and via fotos
·         Communicate any completed audit or inspection result to Peter, Guido and Xenus (out) 举报 分享
