职位描述：
SUMMARY: To take main responsibility of quality activities of GN/GC product. They would be the advance quality planning at transferring period, quality standard preparation, incoming materials inspection, in-process components and finished products qualification, etc. to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate.
1、 Involve in the activities at GN/GC transferring project at earlier stage to ensure product quality at production stage. (APQP)
2、 Develop new procedures to assure quality of material and product per transferred documentation from Hays.
3、 Develop quality control documentation required for GN/GC product.
4、 Supervise the implementation of the inspection of incoming materials, in-process material and products to meet company and customer (Nuclear power plants) requirements.
5、 Make sure all data/record required by customer, NQA-1, IEEE standards and other regulation are correctly generated and reserved.
6、 Provide suggestions or data analysis for the improvement program regarding product quality.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、 Supervise and lead QCs to ensure products outgoing are meeting internal and external requirements;

QUALIFICATIONS: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
1、 Bachelor Degree or above
2、 At least 5 years working experience in quality area and 2 years working experience in lead-acid battery industry.
Language Skills:
1、 mandarin fluently
2、 Good command of English in writing and speaking.
System Skills:
1、 Familiar with MS office software and statistical tools.
2、 Be familiar with ISO9001 quality management system.
3、 Familiar with NQA-1 and IEEE standards are preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
1、 FS or SAP experience, a plus
2、 Lean Enterprise experience, a plus
3、 6 Sigma experience, a plus
