Job Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the business needs, coordinate on the interview arrangements for APAC sites and complete the after interview process; set up and maintain the talent pool and the interview records; give timely interview updates and prepare the recruiting results analysis, prepare recruitment and headcount status updates;
2. Prepare the offer proposal for selected candidates and ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness;
3. Support HR Manager on job descriptions and job evaluations review; monitor and maintain HRIS data and provide analysis report as request;
4. Coordinate on the social insurance registration or transfer for the employees;
5. Work closely with HR agency on the payroll processing, tax filing etc; based on the authorization from HR manager or GM, prepare the employment certificate and income certificate for the employees when they apply Visa or under the circumstances recognized by the company;
6. Provide guidance to the employees on the PM goal setting and evaluation;
7. Support HR manager to prepare the HR policies, draft on the Employee Handbook and ensure all the procedures are align with the local labor law and the state guidelines;
8. Deal with termination and on board procedures, complete relative approval process and notices; prepare the new account and welcome package for new employees;
9. Ensure a smooth local on-boarding process, including apply the licenses, work permits etc.
10. Work with HR Manager and other site managers to provide daily office administration support;
11. Provide supports to other tasks if need.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Administration or Psycology.
2. More than 5 years relevant working experience in either in-house HR or recruitment firm;
3. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English. Strong interpersonal communication skills to negotiate, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders;
4. Logic thinking and strong data analytic capability;
5. Willing to share with others with good team spirit;
6. Capable on stress management and willing to travel;
