职位描述：

Job Responsibility:

• Lead China and other APA markets FE fleets compliance studies, including regulation and competitiveness compliance. Inform AP Markets’ of their FE legislative & business environments
• Manage and develop Fuel Economy Database to assist AP senior management to understand Fleet’s FE status & forecast in key AP Markets after each Cycle Plan update
• Deliver FE planning reporting of vehicle statuses at weekly GPRM
• Conduct FE related strategic studies including analysis, scenario planning & reporting to Management
• Represent and support integration of FE Annual Process/FE Audit input into AP Planning Studies
• Coordinate Meeting forums including: FE Planning, FE Councils, VPSR, etc. to support AP's FE strategies, including reporting to senior AP and other Ford Management
• Conduct the assessment of competitive Fleet FE landscape including evaluation of alternative FE options against Brand DNA, vehicle performance, affordability and resource requirements
• Conduct Fleet level or program level what-if/scenarios studies related to FE planning
• Investigate at Fleet level the FE technologies AP could adopt for its future vehicle programs
• Another special tasks might be involved

 
Qualification:

• 3-5 years related working experience
• Preferred Engineering educational background with strategic planning experience
• Fuel Economy/Powertrain related engineering and/or planning
• experience
• Ability to research, track and model Fleet FE performance
• Major in operations research (OR) might be a plus but not limited
• High level Excel skills and database knowledge
• Strong communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese
• Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work within a very diverse cultural and functional environment
• Excellent leadership, organization, process, teaching & coaching skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter
• Have global and business perspective
