职位描述：
市场助理

职责：

– 负责处理TTI Asia市场传播项目供应商资质检查、报价、合同、发票、开票等财务流程，严格遵守公司审批标准

– 支持展会，研讨会，客户路演等活动

– 管理办公室物料库存，包括产品手册、供应商样品、礼品等

– 更新、排版、校对公司宣传资料

– 上传新产品信息至TTI Asia公司官网

– 负责检查设计项目提交文档是否符合要求，运用excel、ppt制作OMP月报、季报数据汇总

– 分析从各传播渠道收集到的客户名单、整合数据库

要求：
– 市场传播，电子商务，工商管理等专业
– 做事认真仔细，有责任心，能够按时完成各项任务
– 熟练运用excel, word, ppt
– 英语六级，较好的文字写作能力
– 有过市场、活动、线上或数据分析等实习经验者更佳

Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

– Be responsible for executing Asia marcom finance process - to handle the program vendor qualification, quotation, contract, invoice, and billing aligning with the corporate standards;

– To support the events, including exhibition and vertical seminars;
 
– To organize the material stock in the office, like product brochures, supplier samples and promotion items;

– To work with designers to update, layout, proof read Asia brochures;
 
– To maintain weekly NPI upload in TTI Asia website;

– Be accountable for double checking design-in project submission documents and run Opportunity Management monthly report;

– To analyze customer leads from integrated marcom projects.

Requirements:
– Candidate possessing Marketing Communications, eCommerce, Business related Degree
– Be highly responsible and careful to handle multitasks and meet different deadlines
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications as EXCEL, WORD, PPT
– Fluent writing in Chinese and English
– Those with marketing, event, and digital experience in the technical industry will be a plus 举报 分享
