职位描述：
General Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop business with assigned clients locally.
Assist KAM to serve/develop business with target clients.
Data maintenance with co-operative teams for company/client reporting.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Assist KAM create / update the SOP/IOP with customers to ensure the operation / billing / reporting / KPI / D-Track / incident cases are done / settle timely under higher quality.
Assist KAM make the meeting minutes and update the salesforce.
Arrange regular internal meeting with KAM & Operation / Finance or branches, create / update the IOP to ensure the rate review, operation procedure review, payment review, questions review… timely. Ensure the requirements from clients are implemented.
Final checking all reports / KPI / D-track & financial figures before send to clients / overseas HQ / department head / line manages / KAM.
Prepare and follow up spot inquiry from clients, ensure DSV quotation competitive.
Ensure the payment schedule under control; the A/R should be matched with DSV contract / agreements. Otherwise, raise the issue to KAM in time.
To be the initial customer communication window to deal with basic customer service inquiries or service complain.
Know new business plan or production change from client if possible.
Investigate competitors’ rate level or service model for our customers if possible.
Send any update information of potential or issues to KAM.
Find new opportunities to win new lane business whenever comes.
Consolidate customer relationship for smooth operation and issue solving.
AD-hoc tasks will be assigned on regular basis by KAM and National Manager of KAM.

Qualifications&Requirements:
Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight.
Skillful communication with internal and external.
Good skill in computer use, good spoken & written English, and Mandarin;
2 year work experiences in same industry with operation or service function, the background for global forwarder will be preferable;
Accountable and responsible; Positive attitude under high pressure. 举报 分享
