该职位汇报给内部销售专员。该职位办公地点在上海，主要工作职责是为菲力尔仪器部维护客户信息及挖掘潜在销售机会。需要与销售团队紧密合作，增强菲力尔品牌在用户端的知名度，将各类产品和销售信息传递给用户，同时提高客户数据库的数量和质量并且持续不断的为销售提供销售线索。
工作职责：
1. 结合公司新品发布或产品促销等信息，通过电话外呼在客户端进行推广，同时提高客户数据库信息的准确性和完善性。
2. 针对客户提出的基础产品问题给与必要的简单回答。
3. 对于有意向了解更多菲力尔产品信息的客户，及时将信息转交给相关销售人员进行跟进。
4. 其他主管安排的工作任务。
应聘条件：
1. 大专及以上学历，理工科等相关专业背景优先。
2. 2年以上电话营销方面工作经验，优先考虑有工业品行业工作经验者。
3. 出色的外呼电话营销沟通经验，良好的语速，声音优美。
4. 强大的心理抗压能力。
5. 流利的中文能力，良好的商务英语能力。
6. 具有出色的团队合作精神，同时也具备独立完成工作的能力。
7. 出色的时间管理能力和解决问题的能力。

Inside Sales- Call Center
Position Description:
Reporting to the Inside sales specialist. This position is located in Shanghai and will fully dedicate in leads qualification (call center) within instruments team. Work closely to support the sales team to promote brand awareness, products information to customer side and drive the sales results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calling to promote FLIR brand, products or promotion information to the customer side based on the list of provided unqualified sales leads.
2. Provide basic solution to answer the customer’s question.
3. Transfer demo requirements from the customer to sales team for follow up.
4. Other task assigned by managers.
Education & Experience:
1. College degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of call center working experience. Industrial products working experience is preferred.
3. Proven and strong outbound sales experience within a good paced target oriented environment preferred.
4. Strong mental pressure handling skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent Chinese, business level English.
6. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
7. Good problem solving and time management skills.
