职位描述：
General Summary:

This position will play a leadership role in all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, internal and external financial reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and ad hoc financial reports. Independently supervise the custom compliance of imports, exports and the bonded warehouse operations. Collaborate with the major stakeholders located in US, Europe and Hong Kong.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

？ Work closely with LO Director to ensure accurate budgeting and cashflow management by meeting tight.

？ Responsible for executing all statutory and corporate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements as outlined in local law and corporate policy. Stay current with changes to policy and law and proposes business changes to ensure compliance to said policies and laws.

？ Ensure monthly direct business funding on an accurate manner, following up the payment process and maintain a sufficient cash balance.

？ Independently manage annual external audit and internal audit review.

？ Compliance in the import and export business in terms of the general trade and processing trade

？ Compliance in the CIT and VAT filing and reporting

？ Maintain positive open lines of communication with all company business partners, management, staff, and other departments in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization. Interface with senior management and external auditors as necessary on financial related matters with limited supervision from Regional Finance Director.

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

？ University degree with major in accounting. A valid CPA qualification is preferred but not a MUST
？ At least 10 years in commercial accounting with the import and export management experience
？ Able to work independently, with detail understanding of the daily operation process
？ Strong sense of internal control and able to implement over the job process
？ Attentive to detail and maintain high level of accuracy
？ High degree of self-motivation and able to supervise team members
？ Able to cope with multiple task within strict deadline
？ Excellence collaboration capability and strong in communication in both Chinese and English 举报 分享
