职位描述:

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support to product department and continuous improvement efforts.

工艺工程师负责向各生产单位提供制造工艺，并且对生产工艺进行持续改进。
岗位职责：

1:- Develop plans in accordance with customer requirements using VAVE, and other techniques including PFMEA and control plans

-运用价值分析，工程技术（PFMEA），计划控制等手段，根据客户需求制定发展计划

2:- Lead continuous improvement efforts of the company through value analysis, maintaining up to date knowledge of manufacturing/tooling techniques

-通过价值分析，生产技术指标，引导持公司续发展成就

3:- Responsible for any changes to products or equipment from Engineering changes

-负责所有生产及生产设备变更

4:-Responsible for final approval and turn over of projects to manufacturing/production

-负责项目批准及交付生产

任职要求：

1:-Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering; or, minimum 5 years previous experience as Manufacturing Engineer

-工程本科以上学历，或者制造型企业5年以上工作经验

2:-Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and communication skills

-较好的分析问题，解决问题，决策及沟通技巧

3:-Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with project management

-较好的项目管理方面工程技术

4:-Must be capable of working with a wide variety of people from the shop floor to senior managers, vendors, --suppliers and customers

有能力与各种人员之间协调工作，从工厂生产车间人员到经理，供应商以及客户

5:-Minimum of two (2) years of automotive experience

-至少2年以上汽车行业工作背景

6:-Practical knowledge of AQP functions, continuous improvement, and other analytical and action planning tools

-熟悉AQP，持续改进，分析，及行动计划等工具

7:-Knowledgeable computer skills and English communication skills

-熟练的PC技术和英语沟通技巧
