职位描述：

ROLE:

This position is responsible for whole scale of technical support to all product lines, as well as developing R&D issues and raising technical level of the organization as a whole. Responsible for technical support to all kinds of audit as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review GS, Gulf mark, CB and other certification schemes projects, documents and factory inspection reports

2. Making Certification decisions in the respective certification scheme and sign certificates

3. Supervise and collaborations work on improvement’s for the respective certification scheme

4. Acting in Greater China team of GS testing/certification projects

5. Support problem solving about test procedures, results, techniques and complaints

6. Interpretation within China team of standards, specific GS/CB requirements and EK/CTL decisions

7. Improvement and update of processes, procedure documentation, evaluation report templates if needed

8. Support Training of test engineers and administration staff

9. Handling of complaints

10. Act in close cooperation with the GS certification body

11. Support sales and marketing if needed

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

1. Ability to work well under pressure;

2. Organized and detail oriented, good problem solving skills;

3. Critical thinking, active learning, and achievement oriented;

4. Take initiatives for process optimization;

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;

6. Good team work spirit and ability to manage multiple tasks;

7. Good command of international & European Standard Directives (such as ISO, IEC, EN, VDE);

8. Fluent language ability in German is a must;

9. Fluent in spoken & Written English;

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering related, and etc.;

2. 5 plus years of relevant experience in testing and certification industry;
