Position

Service Engineer (based in Wuxi)

Duties and Responsibilities

? Serves as technical liaison between Dana and OEM/Service Center(SC)/End Customer in addressing product quality/field issues in a timely manner.

? Reports, manages and analyze product performance.

? Communicates with various production locations to drive for field containment, field strategy and product improvement.

? Provides technical support to OEM and SC remotely or on site when required.

? Participates in developing and implementing technical training programs to SC and client.

? Provides of input on new product or product change, representing the voice of the customer or the voice of the OEM with respect to design and functionality.

Requirements:

? Bachelors degree in Engineering with construction/mining/material handling industry technical service experience preferred, or a minimum 5 years equivalent industry and product experience.

? Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to use diplomacy.

? Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical system design and troubleshooting.

? General knowledge relating to embedded driveline control products within the market.

? Good command of the English language.

? Demonstrated strong computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and other computer applications.

? Must be able to travel and work extended hours when required.
