Position Summary职位综述
Responsible for Cylinder Block ETU
contribute to the operative set up of the ETU assigned, in coordination with the Implementation Team
manage the ETU-cylinder block or head, assuring the achievement of the ETU overall targets


Duties职责
Ensure the on time delivery
monitor level of productivity in terms of equipment efficiency, continuous improvement, self-maintenance
ensure the optimization of assigned manpower performance
manage the organizational development of the assigned human capital, assuring the widening of workers multiskilling abilities
ensure the continuous improvement of process/product quality
monitor the ETU costs trend
promote and provide a working environment conducive to employee morale, good work attitude and maximum effectiveness; facilitate communications among team members, between teams and other areas
ensure supervision of all the health and safety related matters
related EHS responsibility .
Professional Skills专业技能
in depth understanding of production processes
knowledge of international production and quality methodologies and standards
logistic background
former experiences in the implementation of production activities will be a valuable plus
