职位描述
Duties工作职责
1.Conduct assessment of suppliers' quality systems and manufacturing processes. Develop and implement improvement plans.
2.Actively participate in the development and implementation of component/supplier sourcing and validation plans.3.Lead APQP process with suppliers to support product launch. Use quality tools/processes like PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
4.Lead supplier launch readiness review to assure program targets are achieved.
5.Monitor/coordinate TS 16949 certification for supplier.
6.Drive resolution of part-specific quality concerns. Develop appropriate reactions plans.
Qualifications任职要求
1. Minimum 4-year bachelor degree in Engineering or related.
2. Experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, project management or product development.
3. Experience in supplier audit. ISO TS 16949 Auditor certification is a plus.
4. Experience in new product launch, following APQP process.
5. Experience in lean manufacturing. Understanding of 6 Sigma is a plus.
6. Team player. Able to lead/coordinate cross-functional teams.
7. Hands on, strategic thinking balanced with detail oriented working habit.
8. Good command of English. Italian language skill is appreciated.
9. Good understanding and appreciation of culture mix in MNC environment.
