Position Summary

1. Define with customer and Sales & Marketing product configurations.

2. Coordinate the R&D activities related to the assigned projects

3. Interface other functions (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, etc...) within the assigned projects

4. Follow product application and testing at customer, up to final approval

Duties

1. Provide necessary support to Sales & Marketing for definition of product configuration and project timing

for new projects.

2. Support Purchasing in definition of component specifications for suppliers

3. Coordinate Product Release programs, including

4. Coordinate Product Development / Application activities both for captive and external customers

5. Coordinate Quality improvements and Cost reduction projects

6. Support Manufacturing and Quality in Problem Solving activities

SAIC Fiat Powertrain HongYan Co. Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise established by three parties of SAIC-IVECO Commercial Vehicle Investment Co. Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
