Key Responsibilities:
1.Work with operation team to handle indirect purchasing requirements
2.In charge of managing Request For Quote, negotiating and proposing best sourcing solution from suppliers, cost analysis for each requirement;
3.Implement suitable strategies to obtain a competitive advantage in commercial terms such as cost, quality, delivery, payment term etc.;
4.Strictly implement and continuous, ensure all control points are aligned by internal control, ensure proper documentation management of purchasing activities;
5.Resolve problems involving supply of materials or services, accounts payable, and supplier/site reconciliation. Work to determine root cause of these problems and work with the organization to lead corrective action;
6.To develop supplier base and monitor supplier's performance and encourage supplier to keep up with continuous improvement on cost and service;
7.Coach and counsel suppliers on COMPANY Procurement principles and practices, both to ensure proper controls are in place and to facilitate efficient and effective purchasing transactions;
8.Familiar with SAP system to make PO.


Key Requirements:

1.Bachelors degree in Engineering;
2.Knowledge of Sourcing, procurement, and Accounts Payable;
3.Fluent in Chinese and English. Good presentation skills and writing skills, CET-4 certification is based;
4.Strong networking skills, good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc;
5.Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities for most efficient/effective accomplishment of work;
6.Self motivation with minimum supervision;
7.Ability to handle sensitive information/data in a confidential manner;
8.More than 3 years of sourcing/procurement work experience in multi-national companies, have experience in capital equipment procurement in automotive industry.
