Position Summary:
Responsible for Machining workshop
Contribute to the operative set up of the workshop assigned, in coordination with the Implementation Team
Manage the ETU-cylinder block and head, assuring the achievement of the workshop overall targets

Duties:
Ensure supervision of all the health and safety related matters
Ensure the on time delivery
Monitor level of productivity in terms of equipment efficiency, continuous improvement, self-maintenance
Ensure the optimization of assigned manpower performance
Manage the organizational development of the assigned human capital, assuring the widening of workers multiskilling abilities
Ensure the continuous improvement of process/product quality
Monitor the workshop costs trend
Promote and provide a working environment conducive to employee morale, good work attitude and maximum effectiveness; facilitate communications among team members, between teams and other areas
