ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Functional cost analysis and target setting (Direct Material Cost and Vendor Tooling) on engine, transmissions, axles and After Treatment System
Supporting Purchasing in analysis and comparison of suppliers' quotation for materials cost and vendor tooling
Proposal and evaluation of alternative concepts/solution (system, sub-system and components) to support business case
Promote technical cost reduction idea generation using a rolling approach in benchmarking and teardown activities

SIGNIFICANT SUPPORT IN
Design concept cost evaluation
Driving Design to cost approach towards Product Engineering areas
Cost analysis on competitor products led by Benchmarking Group

REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge in cost structure and cost analysis
Basic knowledge of technical design
Basic knowledge of mechanical materials
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Good organization and management skill
Management qualities of interpersonal relationships at all levels
Willingness to travel
Fluent English

EDUCATIONAL
Engineering degree (or equivalent) in technical field

Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
