Requirements

- Familiar with casting manufacturing knowledge such as tooling design, manufacture process etc. Die AL casting is preferred
- Familiar with quality problem solving tools
- Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 requirements
- Be able to read the drawing & familiar with GD&T
- At least 5 years working experience in casting area as Manufacturing Engineer, Tooling Design Engineer or Quality Engineer etc.


Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing and managing the Local Supplier Quality
- Support Global Program Launches
- Ensure Supplier Product Development Process (SPDP) is executed to achieve flawless launch and develop supply base to zero defects capability
- Ensure APQP process is well implemented and proficient in the tasks required in SPDP
- Work with Engineering to strengthen supplier's quality and Engineering relations & work practices
- Maintain communication network globally
- Support MCIP's project implementation
- Coordinate supplier quality activities in Shanghai and Suzhou
