职位描述：
－负责指定客户的业务支持：如进料设备和供料管线的日常监控，紧急状况的处理
－负责客户所用应用的设备维护
－根据销售团队和收益的要求控制进料量和进料比
－管理所有测试项目，如：MB plating, RDC testing等，收集和记录数据，检测并及时报告可能存在的质量问题
－监控化学进程，收集并记录数据
－开发并维护大客户和生产人员关系
－引导和协调其他AWT的资源以支持和加快生产
－保证工作环境安全，注意各种危害并及时采取措施

－有从事造纸化学品经验优先
－有担任主管职位优先

Job Description:
－Support business in assigned accounts by daily monitoring of feed equipment and feed lines. Be available and on-call at all times in case of urgent issues at assigned accounts, unless otherwise arranged for by supervisor.
－Be the equipment maintenance expert for all applications in assigned accounts
－Be the product feed expert for all applications in assigned accounts. Manage feed rates with customer and sales team expectations. Manage cost/ton arrangements for highest profitability.
－Conduct all program testing as required to include MB plating, RDC testing, etc. Collect and record data as required. Inspect all incoming product - report suspected issues with product quality immediately.
－Monitor all chemical programs - collect data and record as required.
－Develop and maintain key customer relationships with production personnel.
－Marshal and coordinate other AWT resources to support and accelerate growth. Work closely with Applications.
－Maintain the highest safety standards. Be aware of all product hazards and act accordingly. Be 100% diligent with PPE.
