主要工作

l 检查QAD销售价格是否与客户合同一致；

Check selling price in MFG/PRO in line with opening contract from customers ;

l 检查并审批QAD采购价格是否与供应商合同一致；

Check and approve purchasing price list in MFG/PRO in line with with supplier’s PO ;

l 跟踪每日价格及成本差异；

Daily price and cost variance follow up in MFG/PRO and paper ;

l 跟踪客户及供应商模具摊销情况；

Tracking tooling PPA both of customer and supplier;

l 在签章前检查所有供应商合同；

Check all supplier contract before stamp ;

l 工程变更报价及VAVE 成本分析；

ECR quotation and VAVE cost analysis;

l 检查QAD BOM并更新标准成本；

Check and renew BOM in MFG/PRO, update standard cost ;

l 对报废率进行跟踪分析；

Follow up plant scrap and trace scrap reate，Analysis scrap reason ;

l 协助财务经理编制财务报表及各种分析报表；

Assist financial controller to make reporting and all kind of analysis, such as standard analysis ;

l 协助财务经理进行预算控制；

Assist financial controller for budget controlling ;

l 与会计核算同事合作，及时将控制信息转化为会计信息；

Cooperate closely with accounting department. Turn controlling information into accounting information in time ;

任职资格

l 财务专业本科学历；

Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance;

l 3年以上财务工作经验，有预算制定及管理工作经验优先；

More than 3 years years experience in accounting, financial analysis, Preceding skilled in the preparation and analysis of budgeting, forecast, and variety of financial reports

l 熟悉ERP系统(QAD优先)，熟练操作办公系统；

Management system experience in ERP , Preceding QAD

l 优秀的分析协调及解决问题能力；

Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
