工作职责
Position summary
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects of the type and size assigned by the Director, Operational Excellence for ISS, ensuring all process and policies are adhered to at all times. The project manager is responsible for definition, planning, execution, Close out of the project in accordance with the process control set, safety controls and best practices and delivering project outcomes to the highest standards as expected by our customers.
The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Director, Operational Excellence to ensure all aspects of the project are carefully co-ordinated with strong focus on financial control and efficiency.
Although projects focused, the project manager must embody all ISS Values and leadership principals to ensure that we collectively deliver on the company’s mission statement, to be the World’s Greatest Service Organisation, and must at all times aspire to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Management, Co-ordination with Site Managers & Teams
? Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with client and other teams who work at the site to promote a team environment.
? Scope and provide pricing for projects
? Client facing, developing project plans focused on the customers needs and providing sound solutions, evidenced in practical executable projects
? Defining, planning, executing and closing out of client facing projects
? Represent ISS as a professional, responsive and committed partner to the success and continuous improvement of the contract.
? Complete assigned tasks with minimal disruption to the customer and customers.
? Manage the design, procurement and contract management of the works being completed on time and to budget, ensuring thorough communications with the client and expedient issues resolution.
? Work closely with the Site staff and Client to respond to, investigate and close out any project issues, escalating to Director, Operational Excellence where these aren’t able to be dealt with at a site level.
? Coordinate project resources in a sustainable way in order to promote more efficient use and minimise impact on the client and their environment.

Finance
? Procure and manage the performance of the contractor to complete the works and ensure that all payments are made in accordance with the works completed.
? Completing Due diligence on contractors as per process.
? Raise work-orders to suppliers prior to commencement of works and manage payment process using internal financial systems.
? Manage internal and external resources managing costs to set budget constraints.
? Validating costs to works complete, assigning Certificates of completion to demonstrate works complete, invoice ready for processing.
? Request authorisation for works outside approved spend limits.
? Prepare project quotations and estimates ensuring compliance with Statement of Works.
? Prepare invoicing sheet for all projects inside customer expectations for financial calendars.

Compliance/TIMS
? Ensure all contractors follow the ISS and Clients Occupational Health and Safety guidelines and that hazard and risk assessments/registers and site inductions are conducted for all tasks and all records maintained. Including inductions, PPE, SWMS, MSDS etc.

Contribute and participate in continuous improvement opportunities
? Actively seek opportunities to enhance ISS processes and implementation ideas for ongoing improvement of the ISS Business Management System.
? Perform additional responsibilities as requested.

Ensure adherence to ISS compliance standards covering Occupational Health & Safety, Quality & Environment.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in project management/facility management, with technical qualification within a construction feild
- 3 years’ experience in Project Managerment role, or 6 years’ experience in Facilities Management role, experienced in construction/electrical or mechanical systems/projects;
- Good command of Ms Office and Ms Project software
