职责 Responsibilities
- Manage the Maintenance team
- Implement a Preventative maintenance system
- Organize and monitor corrective maintenance and repairs
- Support commissioning and start up of the new equipment in heavy industry
- Prepare program documentation and operating manuals
- Train Maintenance and engineering personnel on maintenance systems
- Assist Maintenance personnel with trouble shooting problems
- Support Process and production teams in productivity and quality improvements
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external contractors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service.
- To reduce downtime and cost


任职资格及技能 Post Qualification and skills
- With experience from process industry basically, heavy industry experience preferable
- Good at preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance
- Good at set up maintenance system and improve maintenance effectiveness and efficiency
- Could communiacate in English, no need to be fluent
- Experience with Foreign-invested companies

Sapa Chalco Aluminium Products (Chongqing) Co. Ltd. (SCAP) is a joint venture of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) and Sapa Group, the world’s largest aluminum extrusion company which both parties takes 50% shareholdings. It was established on 28th, June, 2011. SCAP develops competitive solutions within car body modules, exterior products and floor panels based on aluminum profiles, including extrusion, heat treatment, Friction Stir Welding (FSW) and machining. We are contributing to a safer (high strength in car body) and more energy-efficient (light weight in car body) rail transportation system building up.
