职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. To monitor team and individual KPI as per set forth by Manager/ Supervisor.
2. To ensure all billing documents are prepared in accordance to customer’s service level agreement.
3. To provide timely and accurate billing documentation to customers.
4.To ensure timely recording of customers payment into system.
5. To identify and resolve payment discrepancies and respond to client inquiries as needed.
6. To assist in generating report to analyze customer billing & payment behavior
7. Liaise with various stakeholders, i.e Customers, Sales, Local Finance team in the regular review process
8. Provide training support to new employees
9. Perform support for new system implementation, including providing scenarios for testing, system testing and detailed design documentation.

任职要求：
Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance;
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Preferably have experience in audit and tax.
