职位描述：

Brief Description

This position is to manage APLL team to governance Customer 3PLs’ i.e. International Freight Forwarder/China domestic trucker/Customer Plant warehouse operation performance to ensure its process & cost efficiency and excellence.

Key Accountabilities/Duties

1. Lead and establish the LSP team.

2. Provide the most suitable solutions based on client’s requirements.

3. Monitor the team’s daily operations activities for managing 3PL’s activies.

4. Standardize existing services and operation procedure.

5. Problem resolution to meet customers satisfaction.

6. Co-operate with Customer 3PLs and account’s logistics dept to solve local customs/trucking/warehouse problems related any urgent shipment.

7. Conduct the training in specific group i.e. internal/external.

8. Establish Tender management process & ensure OTMS/WMS roll out successfully.

9. Continuous overall improvement opportunity provided.

Requirements:

1. Education: University Degree

2. Experience: 7-9 years in the logistics industry

3. Skill Sets: Communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin, problem solving ability and creativity.

4. Desired competencies:

1) Understand Chinese Customs regulations; Customer focus, PC knowledge.

2) Good knowledge of process management; knowledge of the working of a supply chain, good influencing capabilities, strong business sense. 举报 分享
