职位描述：
1. OBJECTIVES：
Completing project and/or implementation software/hardware engineering design work assigned to him.
Assist division-wide Automation worldwide activities (Design, Engineering, Commissioning)

2.DUTIES：
Technical duties：
Sales support: responsible for individual project control system proposal according to the client’s RFQ
Projects execution: responsible for PLC programming, Scada programming, application software test and commissioning, prepare the necessary project documentation and relevant manuals
Projects execution: responsible for MCC/Control panel wiring diagram drawing, panel FAT and commissioning, prepare the necessary project documentation and relevant manuals
After sales: assist Service Engineer for trouble shooting in case of PLC or Scada/Electrical system goes abnormal

Management：
For each project, the software/hardware Engineer will be assigned to a dedicated design team under the leadership of a Lead Design Engineer. His main responsibilities will comprise the following:
Support process Lead design engineer for control logic instrumentation part
Support process Lead design engineer for control system basic engineering (electrical & instrument list etc.)
Prepare detailed MCC and control panel wiring diagram
Test the control system network, Panel FAT before delivery to project site.
Site installation supervision
Prepare detailed Scada specifications, I/O list, PLC program structure, PLC programming, Scada programming by himself or supervising the partner to implement the same goal.
Test the control system network, PLC/Scada FAT before delivery to project site.
Site start-Up and commissioning
Prepare electrical as-built document, customer training, etc.
Prepare program as-built backup, customer training, etc.

External relations：
Deal with client or general contractor, to handle the technical clarification, prepare and adjust proposal accordingly.
Deal with partner or supplier, supervise and guide them technical wish and commercial as well.

3.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS：
Engineering graduate of a specialized or general school or equivalent (postgraduate degree, etc.).

4.SKILL REQUIREMENTS：
Good expertise of PLC Siemens, Rockwell AB, WinCC, Intouch etc.
Good expertise of electrical system design, wiring diagram drawing etc.
Knowledge of engineering methods.
Good expertise of PID Controller
Good knowledge in continuous processes (Chemicals, Water, ..)
Very good written and spoken English
Good communications skills and good team player
Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures
Hard working and able to work under tight deadlines
Available to travel in China and Abroad (Europe, Asia, USA)
5-10 years Minimum related work experience preferable 举报 分享
