职位描述：
Promote and request the obey of laws and regulations for process and documentation .
促进并要求遵守法律和规章制度及文档
Obsere competition and market trends,develope strategic proposals.
关注竞争和市场发展趋势，提出战略计划
Set up and coordinate the sales and marketing reports(market survey,price and sales planning, customer data, unfinished orders ,payment follow-up,sales development and forecast etc.)
建立和协助销售和营销报告，包括市场调研、价格及销售计划，客户数据、未完成的订单、支付跟踪，销售发展及预测等
Keep good personal contacts with customer and improve continuously (including necessary travel activities)
与客户保持良好关系并持续改进，包括必要的出行活动
Plan,coordinate and make the quatations as per schedule required under the consideration of given business strategy.
计划、协调以及按业务策略制定报价
Follow up quotations.Make the concrete order and acquistion related discussions and negotiations with customers.
跟进报价并通过与客户谈判/讨论,制作具体的订单参与相关客户的讨论和谈判
Ensure a smooth execution of orders under the consideration of customer specific agreement (e.g. audit requirement)
在考虑客户特定协议（如，审核要求）确保订单的通畅执行
Ensure a timely collection of payment.
确保款项的及时回笼
Actualize and hand out on time the agreed upon management information documents.
及时实施递交管理层达成的信息文件
Set up and realize profitable sales prices.
建立并实现盈利的销售价格
Actively take part in the project management process from the sales and marketing poing of view and timely finish necessary documents.
从销售市场的角度积累参与项目管理过程，及时完成必要的文件
Know and use the information and reporting system and report regulary on the sales and marketing activities.
