General Manager/German Sports Car Dealership
Primary Functions:
- Establishing the new 4S store
- Oversee the daily business and activities for all staffs such as sales, marketing, after sales, finance, administration, etc.
- Developing new business and maintaining existing customers
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed
Responsibilities:
- Plan, control and manage the procedure of establishing the new 4S store
- Contact with relevant authorities to get all needed documents and to pass all audits related with new store starting-up
- Human resource recruiting and management
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development
- Manage and develop staff
- Manage and control expenditure
- Maintain knowledge of operational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff within the organization
- Ensure activities meet with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering and/or Business Administration
- 10 years working experience in automotive industry, thereof, at least 3 years as GM, Deputy GM, Area Manager, Sales Manager or After Sales Manager, etc.
- Experience in establishing a new dealership
- Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proven ability to oversee all organization activities
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
