职位描述：

The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include but not limited to:

Job Description

• Provide support on research & advice report preparation in terms of regulatory requirements;

• Streamlining firm-wide and specific business risk management policies and procedures

• Provide support on company’s quarterly /annually risk management assessment reports or other ad-hoc reports to be summited to the Board

• Laise with other business functions in operational risk management, identify, review and report operational weaknesses

• Conduct periodical credit reviews on clients and counterparties

• Conduct risk assessment and contract reviews on financial structured products

• Conduct risk/financial analysis on bond issuers

• Perform ad-hoc tasks or special project related work

Skills and Abilities

• Strong report writing & research skills necessary

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

• Self-motivated & energetic

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to excel under pressure

• Working experience on credit analysis, e.g., Financial statement analysis and industry research skills preferred

Qualifications

• 2-3 years (or above) relevant working experience

• Bachelor degree or above from the first-tier universities
