ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS重要职责:

A Troubleshoots and repair machine malfunctions
检查并维修机器故障。
B Locates and repairs hydraulic and mechanical problems

C Assists machine operators in line changeovers.

D Assists to finish job of rebuild equipment in machinery

E Provides training to maintenance and operators

F Ensures the quality of jobs to improve product quality. Prevent and correct those actions that may affect quality

G Actively involved in any kinds of teams

H Conduct the preventative maintenance activity

C. For those whose education background is lower than senior high school, over 10 years’ maintenance experience is necessary
若学历低于中技,须有10年以上维修经验
