职位描述：
作为国际融合课程关键的一部分，桥梁课程主要采用PBL等学习方法，教授综合英语、学术技能、技术与艺术三个板块知识，同时兼有服务型/探索性研究学习内容。桥梁课程的主要目的是帮助中国学生实现学习方法和思维习惯上从中国式被动学习到主动学习的转变。

岗位职责：
1、参与桥梁英语与学术技能课程的开发与完善
2、组织并执行桥梁英语与学术技能课程的教学实施
3. 和外教教学团队共同探讨学生学业问题，必要时对外教提供教学支持
4. 分析各校区英语考试成绩和GPA，指导桥梁课程的开发方向和目标
5. 协助制定（修订）各科学术课程的教学大纲
6. 协助评估校区的教学质量

任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，英语/教育等相关专业，有海外教育背景优先
2、熟悉中学生心理和学习特点，有国际学校教学经验或实习经历者优先。
3、对课程有独特感悟和理解，有较好的逻辑思维能力和文字能力
4、英语应用能力，特别是口语和写作能力优秀，要求口语流畅，没有明显中国口音
5、在相关机构有过教学管理或课程研发工作经验者优先考虑
6、热爱学校教育事业，自信坚韧、适应性强、善于倾听和思考，有耐心，团队协作意识强
