- Sucessfully manage the Projects to 90 days post start of production (SOP) using the customer's planning and program management techniques in conjunction with the Program Management APQP-based procedure.
- Assure the completion of all local PM processes and Customer Milestone Report measuralbe with accompanying root cause and corrective action activities.
- Meet all design, quality, production, financial, and milestone timing needs of the Program. Develop and maintain project timing charts.
- Identify and resolve project issues, using root cause analysis and provdie a robust process for change management. Ensure a change control and corrective action process is in plance that aligns with the customer's system.
- Maintain the project schedule as agreed between the customer and Dana.
- Liaison with customer regarding program issues, including participation in customer meetings.
- Monitor project concept, budget & schedule for compliance with customer specifications.
- Ensure successful design, capability, installation and prove-out of production equipment and tools.
- Plan and manage all budgets and costs associated with the Program, and adhere to the Program Pro Forma.
- Develop and implement control procedures to manage capital, tooling, start-up, engineering and project expenses.
- Other assignments related as requested by management.
