? University Graduate with Accounting/Economics/Trade/English Major

? Fluent in spoken and written English & excellent interpersonal skills

? 2 to 4 years’ experience in handling Representative offices / Branch office accounting.

? Knowledge of expatriates Work permit , Visa processing in Shanghai
 
? Knowledge in local accounting practices and implementation

? Ability to liaise, complete audit with CPA, compute tax.

? Highly computer literate with ability to work on Excel, Word, Power Point and also Internet.

? Should be having good letter writing skills – Chinese.

Gender: Male / Female with pleasing personality

Job Description

a. Administration jobs like office management, payments of rent, salary, taxes etc
b. Other jobs like expatriates rent contract, hotel booking etc
c. Processing of work permits, residence visas of expatriates
d. Daily accounting of financial transactions, cash and monthly bank statements of representative offices
e. Verification and passing of employee claims, vendor invoices
f. Manage annual checks of work permits, accounts, salary tax,
g. Monthly cash flow & annual Budgeting
h. Coordination with external auditors for Audit
