职位描述：
1.Time management,
？ Carry out and evaluate time studies in the production.
？ Carry out and evaluate studies of machine log files.
？ Setup accurate plan times of the processes and keep them up to date.
？ Monitor plan times and react to deviations to the actual production times.
？ Regular review and reporting of time variance with reasons and corrective action plans.
？ Keep all time deviation within the set targets.
？ Regular checks on the production throughputs to find abnormalities and avoid higher deviation in advance.
？ Create and maintain TM related documentation and time calculation/analysis tools.
？ Handle process change requests and S.S.S. document updates.
2. Variant configuration,
？ Create and maintain plan time calculations and time tables for each production step.
？ Define and monitor the BOM and analyse deviation between planned and actually used materials.
3. Cost saving and production improvements:
？ Find ways to improve the efficiency of the production and processes and find potentials for cost reduction.
？ Support the production on all process optimizations, productivity improvements, cost reductions, etc.
4. Teamwork
？ Keep close collaboration with the global TM team.
？ Help with the training of new employees.

任职要求：
1.Technical or commercial college or related education，IE Knowledge.大专及以上学历，具备IE相关知识。
2.Experience in the substrate, PCB or related industry.Substrae，PCB或相关行业工作经验优先。
3. Exact and precise style of working.精确的工作风格。
4.Knowledge in the functionality of SAP R/3 and MS Office.熟练掌握SAP R/3和办公软件功能。
5.Fluent written and oral English. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
