职位描述：
基本要求Basic Requirements:
a) 高中以上学历；必须有焊工证
High school degree or above. Welder certification is necessary
b) 两年以上手工气保焊操作经验，另有机器人焊接经验者优先。
More than two years work experience in manual GMAW, Robotic welding experience preferable.
c) 能够独立的进行焊接耗材快速的更换；
Ability to change the consumption stuff of welding.
d) 熟悉焊接的质量要求，能够读懂产品及夹具图面和焊接参数；
Familiar with the quality requirement of welding, can understand the product and fixture drawings and welding parameter.
e) 良好的沟通能力
Good communication ability with others.
f) 良好的工作态度，吃苦耐劳，积极主动，身体健康；
Good work attitude, bears hardships and stands hard work, proactive, good health;
g) 能适应倒班的工作时间制，有团队意识，责任心强。
Can adapt to shift work time, have the consciousness of teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility.

主要职责Key Responsibilities :
a) 根据生产计划，负责焊接件的持续生产工作。
According to the production schedule, responsible for continuing a job of welding.
b) 负责焊接设备的安全点检及焊接夹具/电极的日常检查任务，确保焊接设备与夹具/电极正常安全运行。
Responsible for safety checking the welding equipments and complete the fixtures/electrodes daily inspection tasks, ensure the normal safe operation of the welding equipments and fixtures/electrodes.
c) 根据图纸和生产计划进行生产，利用检具等工具检查焊接件的品质，确保生产合格的焊接产品。
According to the drawings and the schedule for production, use the fixture to check the quality of the weldments, make sure produce good weldments.
d) 负责焊接件的可追溯性记录及批次号的检查和更换。
Responsible for checking\changing lot number as required to keep the tracibility
e) 按照要求对焊接件进行返工或补焊
According to the instruction to rework or repair the weldments as required
f) 根据要求完成其它焊接工作，比如焊接料架、料箱、操作台等
Do other kinds of welding job as required, such as weld the rack, metal box, table and so on
g) 负责及时完成日常生产定单和其他需要的填写的表单工作，例如，生产日报表等。
Responsible for completion of daily production sheet and other paperwork as required in a timely manner.such as, the production daily report etc..
h) 出现任何问题时一定及时反馈给主管。
Any problem must be feedback to the supervisor timely.
i) 严格按照生产作业规范及安全规范进行生产，确保安全生产。
In strict accordance with the SOP and the safety specification to production ,make sure work in a safe manner at all times.
j) 有夹具/电极更换时负责夹具/电极的拆卸及归位。负责夹具/电极和设备的日常维护保养
Responsible for change over the fixture/electrod as required. In charge of the daily maintenance of fixture/electrod and welding equipment
k) 在主管和班长的直接领导下开展工作，服从管理听从指挥。
Under the leadership of the supervisor and monitor to do the work, obey the management .
l) 积极参与各种改善及合理化建议活动。
Participate in improvement and GEAR activities.
m) 坚守生产岗位﹑遵守劳动纪律，保证完成生产任务
Insist on production jobs, observe Labour discipline and ensure to complete production tasks.
