职位描述：
1. Responsible for new project and product & process change quality guarantee, assure new project and product & process change flawless launch.
2. Define quality plan (APQP) for new projects according to customer requirements, internal quality targets and lesson learnt.
3. Track/Monitor the quality status of new projects, follow up corrective action results from quality perspectives.
4. Attend projects milestone gate reviews, report critical quality concerns.
5. Develop product test plan, test procedures and product validation report.
6. Responsible for communication with customer, PPAP submission and get approval from customer for new project development and product & process change,
7. Develop/improve project Zero Defect Launch ideas and methodologies.
8. Participate in system function, performance, regulatory and reliability testing, or other testing (Such as automation, embedded software, system integration testing) that project needs.
9. Other works assigned by new project quality manager

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering.
2. About 3 years in project quality management or process quality control experience in auto components manufacturing industry.
3. Plenty of design and manufacturing engineering experience.
4. Good command of APQP, PPAP and familiar with ISO/TS16949/8D/SPC/FMEA/MSA.
5. Good knowledge in gage calibration& measurement.
6. Good communication in written and oral English.
