Position岗位: Tool Maintenance 模具维修技工

Department部门: Production Department 生产部

Immediate Report to汇报对象: Maintenance Manager 维修经理


Duties & Responsibilities:
职责：

? 执行所有工装模具的日常维护以及计划维护工作。
Responsible for the daily and planned maintenance for all the fixtures and tools.
? 整理并维护备件库的日常运行。
Responsible for clearing up and daily running for spare parts.
? 负责主要生产设备的日常维护以及计划维护工作。
Responsible for the daily and planned maintenance for the main equipment.
? 负责维修经理安排的其它工作。
Responsible for other works given by maintenance manager.

Required Education & Experiences:
教育背景及相关经验：

? 高职或专业学校以上焊接、钳工、机电等相关专业毕业
In higher vocational or professional school or above, majored in mechanical and electrical
? 相关工作3年以上工作经验
Above 3 years relation work experience.

Required competencies:
需求能力：
? 熟练掌握氩弧焊，co2等焊接技术
                    Familiar with TIG/MAG welding
? 扎实的钳工基础
                    Very strong work skill for fitter
? 一定的电气、机械、液压、气动故障排查能力
Some Electrical and mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshooting skills
? 很强的动手能力。
Strong hands-on ability.
? CAD图纸可以正确读取。
Reading skill for the CAD drawing.
? 简单英语资料可以阅读。
Reading simple English documents.
? 叉车行车操作证（必需）
Forklift and crane operation license（not must）
? 焊接操作证及等级证
Welding operation and level certification
? Able to work with 3 shifts
