职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate the quality control/assurance performance of suppliers
Conduct independent factory audits, product inspection in accordance with requirements and product specifications at supplier’s factory
First sample testing and IQC in QM Laboratory
Handling of quality complaints of customers
If necessary make customer visits, analyse (together with technical department) on customer claims and non-conformance of products
评估供应商的质量控制/保证性能；
在供应商的工厂进行独立的质量审计,保证产品检验符合要求和产品规格；
在实验室里时行首样件测试和来料检验；
处理客户的质量投诉；
如果有必要进行客户访问,分析(和技术部门一起)客户投诉和不合格的产品。

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above
Be able to work independently but also with team spirit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good at observing, analyzing and reporting
Fluent in oral and written English
大学本科及以上；
能够独立工作,具团队精神；
优秀的沟通能力和人际关系技巧；
善于观察,分析和报告；
