Main Responsibilities:

l 间接物料采购 (辅料及服务等)

Indirect Material Purchasing.

l 供应商评估，选择;

Select and evaluate supplier;

l 供应商询价，比价，议价，商务谈判；

Enquiry, compare and negotiate with supplier;

l 订立合同及物料跟催；

Create order and track goods;

l 跟进订单确保按时准确交货。

The buyer follows the execution of the orders to ensure delivery on time

l 价格协议，保密协议，采购合同，订单等资料的保存和管理

Price agreement, confidential agreement, purchasing contract and purchasing order filing and management

l 供应商供货质量、及时率等数据考评;及索赔处理

Mark supplier quality delivery performance and claim for compensation;

l 供应商日常对帐付款

Supplier payable account management

l 间接原材料采购合同磋商和价格谈判

Purchasing contract and price negotiation on indirect material purchasing

l 新供应商的开发及维护；

Develop and maintain new supplier;

l 市场行情分析，数据统计;

Analyze market condition and collect marketing data;

l 与公司内物流部、质量部、生产部等部门沟通、协作

Cooperating and communicating with internal Logistic dep. Quality dep. Production dep etc.

l 三单核对及订单录入；

Check order, receiving note and invoice; input order in system;
