MAIN ACTIVITIES

· Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance schedule in mechanical and electrical area, monitoring the implement status and analyzing the PM result

· Responsible for preventive maintenance to minimize down time through TPM, RRCA, MP, 5S, etc

· Improvement maintenance methods by analyzing routine failures

· Spare parts plan and maintenance cost control

· Work with all different departments on providing data and verification of failure

· Work with Engineering and Production to support and improve safety, productivity, quality and cost

· Support and/or drive cost reduction, productivity and quality improvement goals

· Evaluate and/or analyze unique problems with equipment, troubleshoot equipment failures and repair as needed

· Propose rationalized suggestion in maintenance work and keep continuous improvement

· All other duties assigned by the supervisor
