3. Toensure smooth Production by constantly monitoring and improving processes andequipments

4. Toanalyze and propose Cost-Reduction actions on manual assembly and equipmentbased on operations

5. Tosetup, follow-up and share manufacturing related Key Performance Indicators

6. Tolead Product Realization Process, cooperate with relevant dept. to improveprocesses continuously　

7. Tomanage utility to support plant operation and energy efficiency management

Requirements:

1. Bachelordegree in Mechanical -Electronics or Industrial Engineering

2. Atleast 5 years experience in molding machine maintenance, familiar with Arbuginjection machine is preferred

3. Atleast 3 years experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenancesupervisor position.

4. Tobe familiar with Lean manufacturing (TPS/SPS).
