- Change management: Fully engage in change management, play an active role in project team via APQP process, submit PPAP documents to customer for approval.
- Development and conduct quality training programs for employees,Customer communication and play a significant role as a leader to be sure problem is solved timely, using proper quality tools.
- Submit 8D report to customer.
