工作内容：
Sales Jobs:
1.Receive monthly offer from BNA, check, study and make item forecast base on monthly FIXED sales target
2.Make offer to ALL distributors and discuss with each on item quantity forecast
3.Collect orders and analyze, and compare with targets, compile monthly detail sales orders collection
4.Make monthly sales report and attend Asia Sales Meeting
销售工作:
1.接受BNA的每月订单,检查,根据每月固定销售目标学习和制作项目策划
2.向所有经销商下单并与其商讨项目质量策划
3.收集订单并分析,与目标对比,编写每月销售订单合集的细节
4.制作每月销售报告和参加亚洲区销售会议
Marketing Jobs:
1.Base on company strategy, and target plan, make market expansion idea and plans
2.Make proposal to superior for sales and market expansion ideas
3.Discuss with distributor on expansion target and plans. Execute and monitor
4.Work with customers for various EVENTS (CCG, C3, CICF, …., and local events)
5.Set up model and image shops in major cities
市场工作:
1.以公司战略和计划目标为基础,制作市场开拓策略和计划
2.向上级提出销售建议和对市场扩展的想法
3.和经销商商讨预测目标和计划，并监督执行
4.与顾客合作参加各种活动 (CCG,C3,CICF,……，以及当地活动)
5.在主要城市建立店铺模型和影像

业务要求：
Requirement:
1.Around 23-28 years old, preferably about 3 years or more working experience in sales and marketing position, the one who has experience in toy industry has priority to be considered
2.University degree or above, like animation, good in English or Japanese writing and oral skill
3.Have good knowledge to use word, excel and PPT to make company documents【Must】
4.With initiative and self-independent
5.Strong execution ability
6.Being hardworking and could be adapt to timely over time working and business trip
要求：
1.23-28岁，最好有3年或以上市场和销售经验
2.本科及以上学历，喜欢动漫，擅长英语或日语的书写和口语
3.熟练使用word, excel和 PPT办公软件制作公司文件【必须】
4.拥有主动性和独立性
5.良好的执行能力
6.工作努力并且能适应随时工作和出差
薪资待遇：
