职位描述：
Responsibility:
1) In charge of the Green Field PV project development including seeking opportunities, potential projects analysis and selection (only ground mounted project) and partnership development;
2) Internal liaison: During the development phase, liaison with colleagues inside China BU and other teams from different BUs of ENGIE, to study and to assess the feasibility of selected project as well as to manage different due diligences; Liaison with the legal and financial team of ENGIE China for supporting the project development;
3) External liaison: identifying and selecting Chinese partners for developing large-scale ground mounted PV project. In charge of the negotiation and coordination with the partners, contractors (if needed) and to follow the project development as ENGIE’s representative including the pre-feasibility/feasibility study, declaration of project/quota, project approval process, grid access etc...
4) Management of PV BD team, to be organized.

Requirement:

1) Bachelor’s degree or above, electrical engineering background is preferred;
2) With at least 3 years’ PV industry experience;
3) In charge of the successful development of at least 2 projects including at least one large-scale ground mounted PV project (>10 MW);
4) familiar with the PV government policies, Chinese market and actors including developers, investors, EPC contractors and suppliers;
5) good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese 举报 分享
