职位描述：
Job Summary
This position is to ensure that the right candidates are hired for vacant positions in Share Service Center in time based on the business requirement.

Scope and Accountability
a. Obtain requirements on candidates from hiring managers and identify potential candidates by using different channels;
b. Select suitable candidates and arrange & interview potential candidates for further interview;
c. Negotiate C&B packages with identified candidates;
d. Coordinate in the on-board logistic/admin matters;
e. Engage third party vendors ensuring that the hiring process is consistently followed and good relationships are maintained;
f. Ensure that recruiting reporting and employee information is updated on a daily base;
g. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. 5 years of HR related working experience in MNC, especially in recruitment and staffing function;
3. Experienced in logistics industry or Share Service Centre is preferred;
4. Good analysis and influence skill;
5. Good time management and strong on execution;
6. Good communication skill in English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
