职位描述：
岗位职责
1、公司日常行政管理的运作；
2、人员招聘、入职、离职办理，及人员档案的整理；
3、每月及时办理员工社保增减表及整理社保缴费明细；
4、.参与人员需求分析和岗位分析，协助确定岗位职责与任职资格；
5、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；
6、负责各类会务的安排工作；
7、协助行政经理对各项行政事务的安排及执行；
8、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。


任职资格
1、行政管理、人力资源管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、具备一定的人事行政管理知识；
4、积极主动、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
6、会驾驶优先。
